I’d rate it a 0 star if I could, but it’s harder to get rid of 2 star reviews. Transported multiple people to this facility as an emt unfortunately. Atrocious conditions and understaffed. It was bad enough when 3 people were cramped into a room. Now the new owners decided, instead of expanding their rooms and spreading patients out, they thought “let’s put 4 people into one room now!”. Smells like urine, and the staff act like they could care less about anything. There’s a reason this place gets called “old people jail”. A disgusting excuse for a care facility, and my other fellow emts couldn’t agree more that we wish we could bring patients anywhere else. The owners should be ashamed.

Great service at this facility. Friendly and helpful. Nicole King, the business office manager, helped us navigate tough paperwork and was nothing but professional. Nicole was kind and knowledgeable. My family and I appreciate her services. Thanks Rivercrest!
