HIGHLY R E C O M M E N D ! Rivercrest staff has “HEART” ♡♡♡. The most important concern in searching for a care facility is how much the staff CARES, right? Rivercrest has “CARE” in spades! The caring staff takes the time to speak with and listen to the patients. My Dad is 94 and all these young strong staffers seem to know how to speak Grampa with him. I was surprised that I didn’t need to translate, LOL! They are smart because they didn’t miss out on his amazing sense of humor. You need to stop and listen or you can miss that about this sweet man. His grandchildren adore him. They call him the “Funny Grampa” I call him the pop culture icon in our family. The Rivercrest staff knows that about him, they listen! They ask the right questions and deliver on needs. They cut his hair, manicure his nails, help with hearing aid batteries, help me with paperwork and financial appeals. They actually enjoy their jobs or at least have me convinced they do. Sure, the building looks a little dated, not as pretty as the hospital in town, no water feature entrance, but it’s well kept, organized, constantly cleaned and always smells fresh inside. If you love your Dad… Don’t seek a “State of the ART facility” Seek a. “State of the ‘HEART’ facity” RIVERCREST has HEART! ♡♡♡
